These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of fastinsurancegroup.com and related services (the "Service") operated by Fast Insurance Group ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service Is (and Is Not)

The Service is an insurance comparison, marketing, and referral platform. We connect consumers who request quotes with licensed insurance carriers, agents, brokers, and marketing partners.

  • We are not an insurance company and do not underwrite, issue, or service insurance policies.
  • Submitting a quote request is not an application for insurance and does not guarantee coverage, eligibility, rates, or savings.
  • Any rates, coverage amounts, or examples shown on the Service are illustrative only. Actual quotes come solely from the licensed providers who contact you and are subject to their underwriting.
  • Nothing on the Service is legal, tax, medical, financial, or underwriting advice.

2. Affiliate & Advertiser Disclosure; Compensation

Fast Insurance Group is a for-profit marketing business compensated by its partners. When you submit a quote request, we may transfer or sell your request to insurance carriers, agents, brokers, lead marketplaces, and affiliate partners, and we may receive compensation for that transfer, for calls or clicks generated, or for products you subsequently purchase.

Compensation may influence which partners receive your information, the order or prominence of any offers displayed, and whether a partner contacts you. We do not present, rank, or endorse all insurers available in the market, and no partner listing is a recommendation of suitability for your circumstances.

3. Consent to Be Contacted (TCPA)

By submitting a quote request form with the consent checkbox checked, you provide your express written consent (which satisfies the E-SIGN Act) for Fast Insurance Group and its marketing and affiliate partners to contact you at the number and email you provided regarding insurance products and services, using live agents, automatic telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, AI voice assistants, SMS/MMS text messages, and email — even if your number is on a federal, state, or internal Do-Not-Call list.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may request quotes by other means, including contacting providers directly.
  • Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.
  • Opt out any time: reply STOP to any text, say "stop" or "do not call" on any call, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Reply HELP for help.
  • Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and compliance documentation. AI voice assistants identify themselves as such at the start of each call.

4. Eligibility & Accuracy

  • You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the Service.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current information and to submit only your own information — never another person's information without their authorization.
  • You represent that the phone number you provide is your own and that you are the regular user of that number.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: submit false or fraudulent quote requests; scrape, harvest, or copy content or data; interfere with the Service's operation or security; use the Service to violate any law, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM; or reverse-engineer any portion of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content (text, design, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by or licensed to Fast Insurance Group and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Third-Party Content & Links

The Service may link to or integrate third-party websites and services, including partner sites and lead-certification services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your dealings with any partner — including any insurance purchase — are solely between you and that partner.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY PARTNER WILL CONTACT YOU, OFFER COVERAGE, OR OFFER ANY PARTICULAR RATE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAST INSURANCE GROUP AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fast Insurance Group from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or information you submit.

11. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and Fast Insurance Group each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any non-arbitrable dispute lies in the state or federal courts of North Carolina.

13. Changes; Termination

We may modify these Terms or discontinue the Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
