Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Fast Insurance Group operates a referral marketing business. As described in our Privacy Policy, when you request a quote we may transfer your information to insurance carriers, agents, brokers, and affiliate partners in exchange for compensation. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws, that transfer may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You have the right to opt out.

How to Opt Out

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell My Information" and include:

  1. Your full name
  2. The phone number and email address you used on our forms
  3. Your state of residence

We will confirm your request within 15 business days. You may also submit a request through an authorized agent acting on your behalf.

What Happens After You Opt Out

  • We will stop transferring your personal information to partners for compensation, except as permitted by law (for example, completing a request you already made).
  • Partners who already received your information before your opt-out are responsible for their own compliance; we will forward your request to partners who received your data in the prior 90 days.
  • Opting out of sale/sharing does not automatically stop calls or texts you previously consented to — to stop those, reply STOP to any text or say "do not call" on any call.
  • We keep a record of your opt-out request itself; retaining it is required to honor it.

Other Rights

You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We will never discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
